setting X axis motor

1.  remove the dust collection system to gain better access to the rear head on the Z axis.
2. remove the bolts shown in the picture below.
3. Loosen the bolts holding the X axis motor in place. see image below. 

4. Lastly you will need to gently tighten the two side bolts to engage the teeth into the X pinion gear into the rack. once this is done loosen the side bolts 1/8 turn and push the X axis back toward the bolts to create proper end play.
tighten the motor fixture bolts. and re assemble the rest of your machine.

once you have done this run another test cut to see if this has aliveated the issue.
