Modified on Wed, 27 Mar at 1:59 PM

1. Take off the back metal panel at the rear of the machine to access where the tool setter wiring is.

2. Note the layout of the 24v+, TSOT, TSS1 wires. It is advisable to take picture of it's current set up.

3. Disconnect the brown/white (24V+), yellow (TSOT) and green wire (TSS1) from the screw terminal connector.

4. Install the new tool setter and place the wires into where the old wires were located in the screw terminal connector.

5. To test if the install was successful, go into the F1 page and look in the center column for "tool setter" (input 19 is the usual number it is under) under the inputs:

6. Get someone to lightly press down the new tool setter. You should see the "tool setter" input go from "LOW" (green) to "HIGH" (red). This confirms the tool setter is working properly.
