C2 - "Machine doesn't move at all". DB connectors loose

Please open up the cabinet and check that all wires into the Masso do not pull out with a light pull (pointed to in yellow).

Next, check the DB grey connector cables (1. and 2. shown in red) are not loose on the Masso board. Make sure they are plugged all the way in.

As well, please open up the Masso screen where these grey cables go into. There you will find the other end of the grey cables where the plug into the Masso screen. Make sure they are not loose there either.
