If your air solenoid has stopped working, your air assist coming out of the nozzle will not work. (please insure air assist is ON in Lightburn).
To get you up and running again, we can take a 6mm to 6mm pneumatic quick connector and bypass the air solenoid.
Open up the right side panel of your machine and locate the air solenoid. Push the blue collar in towards the brass coloured coupler while pulling out the black air hose. This will release the black air hose from the air solenoid. Do this for the top and bottom air hose.
Now push the black air lines into the 6mm to 6mm pneumatic quick connector. Your air solenoid is now bypassed and the air assist should always be coming out of the laser head nozzle.
