We may be able to try a different setting in your VFD. We want to go into parameter F0.08 and F0.09. These may be set to 5 (5 seconds). Let's change each to 10.
Press prgm until you reach F0. press FUNC and then cycle with the up and down arrows to 08, press FUNC. Change the number to 10 and press FUNC again.
Go back into F0.08 and see if the 10 saved.
Do the same to F0.09
Do the same to F0.09
Next we then have to go into F1 setup screen of your Masso. Left side of the screen, click "Main Spindle". Change the spin up and spin down to 10000 (10000 miliseconds).
Power off and restart to try and clear the E004 alarm. Let me know if this works for you.
