To test your main power or vacuum control buttons located on your electrical cabinet or the front of your machine please do as follows.
First check that the button back is fully seated on the button fixture, occasionally the button backs can loosen which will not depress the button all the way.
if you check there that is likely what is going to be causing your issue.
If however you still aren't getting power first disconnect the main power from your machine.
next remove the button section by depressing the white tab shown in the picture below.

Once you have removed the cover with a multi meter check the leads on each side. ( as shown in the picture below.)
Lastly depress the button switch manually and test for continuity again. If we don't have any connection please let us know and we can ship out a replacement switch for the button. if it does please try reconnecting the button switch to the button and firmly pressing onto the button fixture. it should click when fully seated.
