For straightening the head you'll need to remove the top mirror assembly.
The two bolts circled below are the only bolts that need to be removed to remove the top mirror holder.
After the top piece is removed you'll find two more bolts behind it (pictured below), these are the bolts that secure the head to the gantry. To adjust the square of the head you'll want to loosen these bolts and adjust the angle of the head then retighten them and replace the top mirror unit.
