In Lightburn:
1: Edit> machine settings
1: Edit> machine settings
2: Press "Calibrate Axis", and select Y-axis
3: Set requested distance to 450, and actual distance to whatever distance the machine is actually traveling (based on 100mm square coming out to 45mm, his actual distance would be somewhere around 202.5)
